    All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days.

    Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). We ship directly from our supplier, so please allow 10-35 business days for your order to be delivered. Most orders do arrive in 2 weeks or under, however some orders go beyond. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and specific location. Read further for more information.

    NOTE: The tracking number(s) provided in the shipping confirmation email may not be updated straight away. For more information regarding tracking numbers, read the tracking sections of the "FAQ" page.

    Our average delivery times are listed below - these times are calculated from the date the order was placed on. Please keep in mind this is not always the case, they can be more or less depending on several factors that affect the delivery time.

    Factors Include: when the order is processed, when the order is shipped, specific location of delivery, holidays, delivery company used, if the postage is standard or premium or if the delivery service has a delay or issue (such as lost in transit or attempt delivery).

    USA - 8-14 days (approximately)
    United Kingdom - 6-13 (approximately)
    Australia - 8-14 days (approximately)
    New Zealand - 8-13 days (approximately)
    Canada - 9-13 days (approximately)

    We do not have the option to choose if your order is placed under “standard” or “premium” shipping. This is automatically selected.

    If your order hasn’t been delivered and it’s 3-4 days over the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate the matter for you.

    When orders arrive in their destination country, our main delivery services (depending on your location) are:

    USA - USPS
    United Kingdom - Royal Mail or EVRi
    Australia - Australia Post
    New Zealand - NZ Post
    Canada - Canada Post

    CANCELING ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING: If you wish to cancel your order and it still hasn’t been processed and shipped, it may be cancelled - contact us as soon as possible for further details.

    After your order has been processed and shipped, it may not be cancelled. If you want to return your order after it has been delivered, you can do so - read our Returns policy for details.

    CHANGE ADDRESS BEFORE SHIPPING: If your address has been entered incorrectly, contact us a soon as possible as we may be able to adjust it.

    The Bower's Nest Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items that have been shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

    In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. The Bower's Nest Jewellery will not be held responsible for import/customs import/taxes.
